On March 1, 2023, HOP! published its gender equality index, in line with the legal obligation introduced by the 'Loi pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel'.
This index enables companies to assess their level of gender equality out of 100 points, based on the following 5 criteria :
- pay gap,
- Difference in individual increases,
- promotion gap,
- increases in the year of return from maternity leave,
- number of women/men in the 10 highest-paid jobs.
For the year 2022, HOP! scores 88/100, rating stable compared to last year and above the minimum threshold set by the government (75/100).
This result reflects the investment and hard work of HOP! teams on a daily basis to promote equality in the workplace. For several years now, HOP! has been committed to a policy aimed at achieving real equality in the workplace.. A number of initiatives have been taken to reduce the pay gap between men and women and promote gender diversity in our various 'male' professions.
