Breast Cancer Awareness Month is the annual national mobilization event in the fight against breast cancer.

• 1 in 8 women affected during their lifetime

• 1st cause of cancer deaths in women in France

• 61,214 new cases per year (Santé Publique France data)

Regular screening enables cancer to be diagnosed early, and increases the chances of cure. 90% of cases are cured if detected early.
