HOP! is once again working with the Personn'Ailes association to promote the inclusion of LGBTI+ people.
On March 2, 2023, Hervé BOURY, Chairman of HOP! and Arnaud HADRYS, member of the Personn'Ailes Board of Directors, signed the sponsorship agreement renewing the collaboration between the Air France KLM Group's LGBTQI+ association and the airline. One of the challenges identified is to carry out actions to raise staff awareness with a view to promoting respect, benevolence and combating stereotypes and discrimination. The agreement also includes a section on the implementation of measures to promote diversity and equal treatment of employees.
Once again this year, HOP! will be collaborating with or supporting initiatives and events such as :
- The International Day Against Homophobia and Transphobia on May 17 (Rainbow flights).
- Marche des Fiertés on June 10 in Nantes.
- World AIDS Day on December 1st.
Personn'Ailes supports and helps employees affected by alleged discrimination or sidelined because of their sexual orientation or gender identity. At the same time, the association aims to dispel prejudice against lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transsexuals and intersex people, and is involved in HIV and STI prevention, in conjunction with the company's health services.
Rendre le travail plus inclusif au sein du Groupe Air France et pouvoir s’y épanouir dans la diversité, telles sont les valeurs de l’association.
